Purpose:
Bring families together by way of functional fitness, and building the importance and education around living a healthier lifestyle. Finding the fittest family name.

Our Vision:
Enter a functional fitness competition with a family member, your brother, sister, cousin, mum, dad, uncle, aunty, or even your nan or pops!

Event Format:
Pairs competition with same-gender pairs or mixed pairs divisions:

  • Novice/ Social

  • Beginner

  • Scaled/ Masters 35+

  • Rx

Functional fitness compeTITION for Dads.

Purpose:
Bringing Dads together by way of functional fitness, and creating the importance and education around men's mental health. There’s always someone there for you, and you won’t be less of a Dad than asking for help..

Our Vision:
A functional fitness competition for Dads. Fitness is the great equaliser in breaking down barriers, creating camaraderie alongside other Dads no matter what your social background.

Event Format:
Pairs & Individual competition divisions will be:

  • Novice/ Social

  • Beginner

  • Scaled/ Masters 35+

  • Rx

Functional fitness for teams of 3 same gender.

Purpose:
Strategically dated 6 weeks out from New Zealand Team Nationals. A “pre-season” competition for gyms teams competing at the New Zealand Team National Competition (however not limited to).

Our Vision:
A functional fitness competition for competitive athletes. Give scaled/ rx athletes more competitive experience with their teammates, and will include elite level athletes.

Event Format:
Team of three competition

  • Scaled

  • Rx

  • Elite

Division Descriptions

  • IF YOU AND YOUR TEAM MATE HAVE LESS THAN 12 MONTHS OF GYM TRAINING EXPERIENCE & LESS THAN 3 TIMES A WEEK. THEN THIS DIVISION IS SUITABLE FOR YOU.

  • IF YOU AND YOUR TEAM MATE HAVE MORE THAN 12 - 24 MONTHS OF GYM TRAINING EXPERIENCE MORE THAN 3

    TIMES A WEEK, THEN THIS DIVISION IS SUITABLE FOR YOU.

  • IF YOU AND YOUR TEAM MATE HAVE MORE THAN 3 YEARS OF GYM TRAINING EXPERIENCE MORE THAN 3 TIMES A WEEK, THEN THIS DIVISION IS SUITABLE FOR YOU.

  • IF YOU AND YOUR TEAM MATE HAVE MORE THAN 4 YEARS OF GYM TRAINING EXPERIENCE MORE THAN 4 TIMES A WEEK. THEN THIS DIVISION IS SUITABLE FOR YOU.

Note: Movement standards are for guidance, and maybe subject to change. One team member capable of performing at least 1 or all movements.
